New-look competitions, 2007 Autumn results

All Czech senior competitions changed their format. The major change is the season shift, from Autumn-Spring to Spring-Summer system. Other changes introduced the Grand Final in the end of October, and a new points system with bonus points. There is no promotion or relegation, all 16 teams start in April in three regional groups, and compete in the Cup. The Cup final is early June. Then, ten best-ranked teams play the Super 10 Extraliga, and other six teams in the Plate.

2007 KB Cup

Played from August 2007 - October 2007. It involved top eight teams. Games were played in seven rounds with top four advancing to the semifinals.

• 28.10.2007: Přelouč 20 Havířov 23 in overtime, played in Přelouč.
